Return Policy for FAST FIX COMPUTER

1. Services

Due to the nature of repair services, we do not offer refunds on completed repairs. However, if you experience the same issue within **30 days** after repair, we will inspect and resolve the problem at no additional cost, subject to the following conditions:
- The issue must be directly related to the original repair.
- Any new damage or unrelated issues will not be covered under the warranty.
- Devices must be presented with the original receipt.

2. Products

For products (such as accessories or replacement parts) purchased from us, we accept returns under the following conditions:
- Returns must be made within **14 days** of the purchase date.
- Products must be in their original condition and packaging.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
- Opened or used products, unless defective, are not eligible for a return.

3. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective products within **14 days** of purchase. The exchanged product must be of equal or lesser value, or the difference must be paid by the customer.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
- Custom-ordered parts.
- Software and licenses.
- Consumables such as batteries or cleaning supplies once opened.

5. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow **5-7 business days** for the refund to be reflected in your account.
