1. Services
Due to the nature of repair services, we do not offer refunds on completed repairs. However, if you experience the same issue within **30 days** after repair, we will inspect and resolve the problem at no additional cost, subject to the following conditions: - The issue must be directly related to the original repair. - Any new damage or unrelated issues will not be covered under the warranty. - Devices must be presented with the original receipt.
2. Products
For products (such as accessories or replacement parts) purchased from us, we accept returns under the following conditions: - Returns must be made within **14 days** of the purchase date. - Products must be in their original condition and packaging. - A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. - Opened or used products, unless defective, are not eligible for a return.
3. Exchanges
